  DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING. They did a horrible job on my eyebrows and have the work experience EVER. I PAID upfront cash for my first session and touch up of $285 and they will NOT refund me. I have been dealing with the "So called manager Ja'Nair" and it has been a nightmare since I did my first session. My eyebrows got SO crusted I was so embrassed and I kept texting the girl showing my eyebrows and she said it was normal the problem was she never explained to much how aloe to put on my brows and come to find out i was over healing my brows because I was putting too much. Finally my eyebrows got better and I made an appointment for a touch up with the same girl and I come to find out that the girl quit and ever since then it has been a headache. Ja'Nair would make the appointment and then after they would cancel my appointment because the girl was unreliable. I made another appointment and it was cancelled again by next Text not even a call. I gave Ja'Nair another chance to make it right because she KEPT promising me and it was ALL a lie because they fired the girl that was supposed to do my eyebrows and they hired someone else and just When I thought I would finally get my eyebrows done they tell me the girl wants to meet with me 1st to see my eyebrows and then come back again to do the touch up so once again I am I given the correct information I was expecting to get my eyebrows done that night not have to go back for 2 visits and I live in hour away. So I don't the courtesy thing to do is I wanted my refund back I was told by JaNair to send an email showing pictures of my brows to the owner Lamya elkoulily and to call on a Thursday when the owner is in, I Make the phone call and she is never there and the owner is constantly avoiding. They told me they would not giving my refund back that's their policy. Please make sure none of your family your friends go here they are horrible and don't know how to treat a customer services right And they never ever ever answered the phone there you have to constantly leave messages after message in order for someone to give you a call back.
